William T. and Mary had 7 other children but Arkie's
husband is mentioned in the last pages of this document.
William T. and his family moved to Shelby County,Tx in
the last months of 1885 and arrived in Shelby County in 
January 1886. See the story "Southern Hospitality" which
is included elsewhere on this site. I will include a link
here for more Scott/Kirkland info, including one for that
story.
